Registered Behavior Technician

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a in clinic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral therapy to children and individuals with developmental disabilities. As an RBT, you will implement individualized treatment plans rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support clients in achieving meaningful progress. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including grooming, dressing, and hygiene routines, to promote independence Collect and record behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Implement ABA therapy protocols as outlined in individualized care plans, ensuring consistency and fidelity Support clients during direct behavioral therapy sessions, applying behavior management techniques to reinforce positive behaviors Maintain detailed medical documentation and behavioral records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and professional standards Participate in ongoing training related to special education, medical terminology, and ethical guidelines for behavior analysts Preferred Experience Prior experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, especially those on the autism spectrum or with neurodevelopmental disorders Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and experience implementing ABA therapy protocols Strong skills in data collection, behavior management, and client communication Experience working in school environments or home-based settings is a plus Requirements Ability to assist with ADLs and support behavioral health needs in home-based or clinical settings Familiarity with medical records management, HIPAA compliance, and medical terminology preferred Demonstrated professionalism and ethical conduct consistent with the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts Passion for helping others achieve their goals through patient care, teaching, and behavioral therapy This paid role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their expertise in behavioral health while making a meaningful difference.
