The company operates high-energy, high-volume venues where performance matters and results are visible.Role OverviewThe Assistant Facilities Manager supports the Facilities Manager in leading all maintenance operations at the venue. The role involves repair and replacement of equipment, including game systems and entertainment technologies, and upkeep of hardware, machinery, and systems associated with Topgolf's hospitality operation.The Assistant Facilities Manager also plays an important role in building the Facilities team by supporting hiring, scheduling, development, and engagement while ensuring safety, compliance, and budget standards are consistently met.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Facilities Manager in the day-to-day operation of the Maintenance Department.Monitor the operation and proper use of all equipment and systems throughout the venue.Monitor the use and inventory of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment.Collaborate with the Operations team on building and grounds maintenance priorities.Coach, develop, and drive engagement with Facilities Team members and Porters.Ensure all team members are adequately trained, properly equipped, and held to a high standard.Delegate tasks clearly and follow up to ensure timely, quality completion.Support hiring, scheduling, and onboarding of Facilities team members.Control department budgets and spending within established guidelines.Maintain all safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.Ensure all city, county, state, and federal maintenance regulations are met.Maintain a clean driving record and manage equipment and supply vendors responsibly.Proactively identify and address maintenance issues before they impact guests or team members.Ensure facilities standards consistently support the overall guest experience.Demonstrate Topgolf's core values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring.Qualifications3+ years of maintenance experience, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.Experience in building maintenance, equipment repair, and facilities systems.High school diploma or equivalent.Must have a clean driving record.Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.High level of self-awareness, receptivity to change, and integrity.Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law.Physical RequirementsHandle items up to 50 lb. with comfort in lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying.Expect to be on your feet and physically active throughout the full shift.Ability to maneuver up and down ladders and stairs regularly.Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time.Constantly engaged in hands-on maintenance and repair work across the venue.BenefitsFree Play & 1/2 price food.Health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) with playmaker match.Free mental well-being platform for qualifying employees.EEO StatementTopgolf is a global sports and entertainment community and is committed to equal opportunity and is firmly committed to preventing discrimination and harassment, including sexual misconduct, based on legally protected diversity characteristics (such as race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, family status, citizenship, genetic information and veteran status) in its application and hiring processes and in its employment decisions.
