Job description: Job description: Help us advance our mission: Area Resources for Community and Human Services (ARCHS) is seeking a highly organized, results-oriented Vice President to manage our portfolio of grants supporting community programs. This leaderships position supervises department personnel, oversees grant contracts, budgets, data collection, results reporting, evaluation, and relationships with funded partners. Responsibilities Include: This leadership role will oversee relationships with funded partners, grant contracts, budgets, data collection, results reporting, and evaluation. The person in this role will ensure the successful management of funded initiatives by providing strategic technical assistance, ensuring compliance with contracts, and fostering strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Requirements: Qualified applicants will possess a Master’s Degree in Business, Education, or Social Work (Doctorate a plus), excellent management and communications skills, five to seven years of supervisory experience, strong team building, project management, state and federal government grant reporting experience, and proficiency in Word Office Suite. Knowledge of or experience with the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA) Framework is highly preferred.
