Offer cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and other therapeutic modalities, as appropriate for patient needs. Conduct follow-up appointments to monitor treatment progress. Facilitate referrals for patients requiring additional support services, including substance abuse treatment, housing assistance, and social services.
