Plant Financial Controller

Job DescriptionOur client is hiring for a Financial Controller in Roswell, GA (hybrid 3/2 schedule). This role supports a manufacturing business unit and plays a key part in financial reporting, analysis, and plant controllership activities. The ideal candidate will partner with operations leadership to drive cost efficiency, improve processes, and support strategic decision-making. This is a hands-on role with visibility across the full P&L.Responsibilities:Lead month-end close, prepare journal entries, and deliver financial reporting with key insightsDevelop forecasts and budgets across sales, plant costs, and SG&AAnalyze variances, inventory, and plant performance to identify improvement opportunitiesPartner with leadership on pricing, cost savings initiatives, and process improvementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 3-5 years of manufacturing accounting experiencePrior plant controller experience with strong standard costing and inventory knowledgeExperience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) and advanced Excel skillsStrong communication, analytical mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities
