They're well-known for an excellent company culture and stability.Job DescriptionIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold outreach, trade shows, and industry networking.Manage and expand a portfolio of existing customer accounts, building trusted, long-term relationships.Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer applications and requirements.Translate customer needs into manufacturable solutions by partnering with engineering, operations, and quality teams.Develop proposals and quotations, and negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.Act as the primary technical liaison throughout the sales cycle and into project execution.Track market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.Maintain accurate sales activity, forecasts, and customer data within a CRM system.Share insights from the field to support continuous improvement and product development initiatives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
