Job Title: Warehouse Associate Location: Brooks, KY Duration: 3+ Months Job Type: Contract Maximum Submissions per Supplier: 3 Rate: $19 Note: Mid Shift: Monday through Thursday 11:00 AM to 10:30 PM overtime required on Monday's. Top 3 Required Skills: Ability to lift and handle packages up to 50 lbs. Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to follow written instructions in English Must-Have Skills: Good attendance and reliability Positive attitude and team-player mindset Willingness to work in refrigerated/cold storage areas Ability to assist with multiple warehouse tasks (packing, offloading, cleanup) Basic knowledge of safety procedures in warehouse environments Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience in cold chain or pharmaceutical distribution Familiarity with FDA/CDC compliance and cleanliness standards Experience with ERP, inventory, or shipping systems Previous experience in order fulfillment and packaging Key Responsibilities and Duties: Cooler Prep: Prepare refrigerated shipments according to FDA standards (gel packs, bubble bags, shippers) Order Fulfillment: Assist with packing and preparing shipments for UPS and other carriers Line Offload: Place shipped cartons onto appropriate pallets Void Fill: Place air pillows in boxes to prevent shifting during shipment Box Erector / Box Making: Maintain box supply for shipping Cardboard Disposal & Warehouse Cleaning: Collect and recycle cardboard; maintain a clean and safe work environment Perform other warehouse duties as needed, including trash pickup, assisting full-time associates, and adhering to safety procedures Requirements: Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly Comfortable working in cold/refrigerated environments Ability to read and follow written instructions in English Team player willing to perform a variety of warehouse tasks Good attendance, punctuality, and work ethic Work Environment & Conditions: Frequent standing, walking, reaching, typing, and manual tasks Occasional bending, kneeling, and pushing/pulling Must follow all safety, hygiene, and COVID-19 protocols (masking, screening, hand hygiene) Work in compliance with FDA standards for pharmaceutical distribution
