Social Media Manager/Editor

Description As a self-employed professional, you will have the opportunity to work independently and help build the @DocKatPT platform in a flexible and decentralized work environment. This role provides the chance to showcase your creativity, strategic thinking, and drive. You will set your own working methods while focusing on delivering high-quality results for podcast editing, thumbnail creation, YouTube channel scripts and timed posting across multiple platforms. The emphasis is on fostering growth, engagement, and success across social media channels. This role will begin on a freelance basis to understand your style and our fit together with goal of transitioning to full-time. Responsibilities will eventually include include creating and scheduling content, developing cohesive content strategies, optimizing social media posts for reach and performance, interacting with followers, and analyzing performance metrics. The role also involves staying up-to-date with social media trends to maintain a competitive edge and enhance brand visibility. Qualifications Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)Strong Communication skills and a creative approach to WritingExpertise in developing and implementing Content StrategiesKnowledge of using analytics tools to track performance and identify opportunities for growthAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesExperience in branding, community engagement, or freelance work is a plus
