The Solar Lead Tech will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of solar power systems. Daily tasks include panel replacement, tracker repair, wiring, and system maintenance. Adherence to safety standards, clear communication, and regular reporting are essential components of this role.QualificationsProficiency in Solar Systems, Solar Industry, and Solar PowerMust have Sungrow Training Strong troubleshooting skills within the field of solar power generationExperience in power generation and related systemsExcellent communication and reporting skillsAdherence to safety and compliance standardsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamRelevant certifications or qualifications in electrical or solar technologyPrior experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
