The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, excels at cross‑functional coordination, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.About the RoleAccount Executive Responsibilities – Print & Email Marketing ProjectsResponsibilitiesServe as the point of contact for assigned client projects, building strong, trust‑based relationships throughout the project lifecycle.Maintain active, ongoing communication with clients to provide updates, address inquiries, and ensure timely execution of project and expectations remain aligned.Plan and prepare marketing and promotional materials in collaboration with customers, internal teams, and external partners to support business and marketing objectives.Gather, organize, and interpret information needed to plan effective marketing campaigns.Work closely with Strategists team to launch projects according to predefined marketing calendars or ad hoc client project requests.Inspect layouts, proofs, and advertising materials to ensure they meet all specifications, brand standards, and technical requirements prior to delivery to client for review/approval.Uphold quality standards by ensuring all deliverables meet brand, technical, and compliance requirements.Translate client goals into actionable project plans and coordinate with creative, production, data, and deployment teams to keep work moving forward.Manage project approvals, feedback cycles, and change requests to maintain momentum and deliver high‑quality outcomes.Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement through additional services, improved workflows, or strategic recommendations.Coordinate the intake, scheduling, and routing of digital email and print production requests for your specific Marquis customers.Set up and manage your specific Marquis customer projects in our project management software, ensuring all specifications, due dates, deadlines, and pricing details are accurate and continuously updated as projects evolve.Monitor project timelines, capacity, and resource allocation to prevent bottlenecks and maintain on time delivery.Review project requirements, assets, and specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness before work begins.Track progress of all active jobs, proactively identifying risks, delays, or issues and escalating as needed.Maintain detailed documentation and status updates within project management systems. Qualifications3+ years of experience in account management, project coordination, or related roles—preferably within marketing, print production, or digital communications.Understanding of email marketing workflows, print production processes, or both.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proven ability to collaborate across teams and maintain positive working relationships.Comfortable working in project management platforms and CRM systems. Prior experience with ZOHO and Workfront a plus.Detail‑oriented, deadline‑driven, and able to anticipate needs before they arise.Ability to remain calm and solution‑focused in a fast‑paced environment.
