This permanent position includes a guaranteed base salary, productivity bonus, full benefits including malpractice coverage, health insurance, and retirement, and a clear path to partnership after two years. Job Description: Compensation : $260000 - $300000 Job ID : 38688 Job Function: Approximately 80% primary care and 20% urgent care if desired, or can be 100% primary care Responsible for suturing, splinting, and I&D procedures if doing urgent care Practice uses Practice Fusion EMR; virtual scribe provided once patient volume averages 2.5+ per hour. Strong support from medical assistants who manage work notes, orders, and prior authorizations. Patients do not message physicians directly; all communications are triaged through the front desk. Job Requirements: Residency training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine can be considered. Board Certification or Board Eligibility Required.
