Career Technical Training Manager (MINACT)

MAIN DUTIES:
The Career Technical Training (CTT) Manager coordinates all activities related to Career Development and Career Transition. They supervise and coordinate the work activities of the Career Development Team and provide support to enhance students’ social, educational and emotional development. They also coordinate students’ Progress/Performance Evaluation Panels and make changes in students’ program schedules.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree and three years of experience in counseling, education, guidance, human development, psychology, social work, marketing, education or related area with two years of supervisory experience and a valid Minnesota driver’s license.
