About the Opportunity:The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in supporting multiple senior executives by managing communications, schedules, and operational tasks to ensure efficient leadership coordination. This position contributes to the organization by facilitating smooth executive functions, enabling timely decision-making and project progress. The role requires autonomy and proactive management of diverse priorities to maintain seamless organizational operations.3. Responsibilities:Provide high-level administrative support including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, correspondence, and expense reporting.Manage distribution of information, scheduling, and oversight of executive communications and meetings.Prepare and edit professional documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.Organize client and employee engagement events.Coordinate vendors for maintenance and repairs of company-leased properties.Serve as liaison between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders.Work independently with minimal supervision.Assist with project management and task tracking to ensure timely completion.Manage complex executive calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts.Handle confidential information with discretion.Deliver superior customer service and resolve client issues promptly.4. Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of five years’ experience in an executive administrative assistant role.Strong ethical standards, trustworthiness, and ability to build effective relationships.Expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel.Experience with data analysis, financial reporting, and program auditing.Ability to organize multiple complex assignments and prioritize effectively.Collaborative approach to cross-functional team work.Resourcefulness and solution-oriented mindset.Proven experience supporting senior or executive leadership.Exceptional attention to detail.Ability to pass federal post-offer drug and alcohol testing and comply with random testing policies.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.Experience in a corporate matrix organization.Background supporting executives in industrial sectors such as oil and gas, construction, chemical manufacturing, mining, utilities, power generation, or engineering services.5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Salary range: $61,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and location.Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug coverage, 401(k) retirement plan, supplemental insurance options, company-paid life and AD&D insurance, company-paid short-term disability coverage, and generous paid time off.6.
