▶︎ Job DetailsJob Title: IT Project Support TechnicianClient: Confidential (Japanese IT Company)Working Location: NYC / NJ / CTWorking Style: HybridEmployment Type: Full-timeSalary: $70,000 annuallyBenefits: Full Benefits (Medical Insurance, 401(k), PTO)Visa Support: Not AvailableWorking Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMLanguage: EnglishStart Date: August 10, 2026▶︎ Key ResponsibilitiesIT Asset ManagementPerform IT asset inventory, audits, and disposal at client offices and data centersCoordinate IT asset management projects with clients, vendors, and internal teamsPrepare and maintain IT asset management reportsUpdate asset management systems such as ServiceNow and DCTrackOn-site Project SupportPerform network cable patching and connectivity supportValidate user desktop equipment and troubleshoot hardware/software issuesTrace, label, and organize network cabling within IDF roomsPerform rack-and-stack installation of IT equipmentAssist with various infrastructure deployment and migration projectsSales Support (Temporary Assignment)Prepare client billing documentationCreate monthly service reportsCoordinate project resources and schedulingProvide administrative support to the sales and project teams▶︎ The Right Candidate Will PossessStrong organizational and communication skillsA hands-on approach to IT infrastructure and field supportThe ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesExcellent customer service and problem-solving abilitiesFlexibility to travel locally and support projects at client sitesA team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills1–3+ years of experience as a Field Technician, IT Support Technician, or similar technical support roleExperience with IT hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshootingFamiliarity with mobile devices, service software, and standard computer applicationsExperience with IT asset management is highly preferredBasic understanding of networking, cabling, and data center environmentsAbility to accurately document service activities and technical reportsValid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving recordWillingness to travel locally/regionally and work flexible hours when neededAbility to work in customer sites, data centers, and other technical environmentsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, climbing, kneeling, and reaching for extended periodsMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorshipPowered by JazzHRiA4foYLLAC
