Rather than short visits, traveling to multiple patients per shift, you work with one patient per shift. Paid at 90 days (about 3 months) of employment. must have worked an average of 20 hours a week in the prior 90 daysSchedule:* Full-Time 30 hours or more / Part-Time 29 hours or less* NightsRole Overview:We are seeking motived LPNs with experience in Pediatric Home Health to join our team in Westminster for a Pediatric Male with Gtube and O2.Key Responsibilities:Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team.Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web-based electronic medical records system.
