This position is inRoy, UTand supports the Sentinel program.What You’ll Get To Do: Strong foundation in Industrial Engineering fundamentals (Production Intervals, Cycle Time, Takt Time, Standard Hour Content, Time Studies, EVMS, Continuous Improvement, Scheduling, Capacity Analysis, Facility Layouts)Understand principles of capacity (efficiencies, standards, constraints, etc.)Knowledge of manufacturing flows and how they interface with shop floor and Global Supply ChainAbility to create Shop Operation Plans for production units and track daily shop floor performance.Ability to create Recovery Schedules for the production floor.Understand labor standard development and work measurement. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
