General Laborer

We are a family-owned business whose main goal is to provide a safe and enjoyable workplace for anyone interested. We mainly create products for the Window & Door and the Fenestration Industry. We offer a set schedule Monday-Thursday 7am to 5:30pm or 7am-7pm. All weekends off (VERY flexible with schedules), various bonuses for attendance/work ethic. Our benefit package begins after a full year on staff for full-time employees, this includes but is not limited to paid vacation/sick days and holiday pay. We care a great deal for our employees and ensure that every person interested in joining the Four Jaks family will be taken care of. We have a few different jobs around the plant and we will train you to do any of them we need. Our production bonus is worth 25$ per day Monday-Thursday! We need Nightshift employees! Nightshift pays $11.75 after your training period; this is typically 2-4 weeks. Responsibilities Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures Align material and put together parts to build more complex units Check output to ensure highest quality Maintain equipment in good condition Keep records of production quantities and time Report on issues, malfunction or defective parts Be a team player, help others out when needed Skills Ability to using basic machines and tools (Screw guns/ Presses) Good understanding of quality control principles Good communication skills (verbal and written) High school diploma is appreciated, but not required.
