Job Description Position: Direct Hire Internal Sales RepresentativeSalary: $50k/yr Annually + Sales CommissionsLocation: Greensboro, NC - OnsiteMission:Increase sales for customers, manage the sales process internally to ensure proper delivery of sales orders and coordinate with internal stakeholders' customer´s claims and requirements.Duties and Responsibilities:• Execute outbound campaigns to promote sales.• Provide information about products' features, prices etc. and present their benefits to customers.• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.• Record the customer's personal information accurately into CRM system (Sales Force)• Receive and input orders into the ERP system (SAP)• Manage shipment for sales orders to customers with freight company.• Manage customer claims.#DHIR26
