In a European context, you will be in regular contact with several countries of the organization (France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland, Denmark, etc.). Fluency in English is mandatory.Your main missions will be as follow:Social media support:Support the management of the ROCKWOOL Core Solutions LinkedIn & YouTube pagesAssist with post creation, planning and publicationContribute to the creation of visual assets and contentSupport the preparation of social media reportingConduct social media benchmark, competitors analysis and proposal for strategic improvementsOperational Marketing & Communications activities:Participation in the implementation of different campaigns with creation of content and visuals and analysis of resultsHelp drafting, adapting, copywriting and proofreading content for our different channels (website, PPT, visuals, emails, ads, landing pages, renderings, etc.)Assist in maintaining communication assets and documentationAssist with the organisation of internal & external events (prepare assets, communications materials, coordination support)Support coordination with internal teams and external agenciesTravels in Europe approximately once per quarter.Your future team :You will join an international and dynamic team of 3 people where team spirit & collaboration is essential. Durant votre alternance, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :Gestion des réseaux sociaux :Contribuer à la gestion des pages LinkedIn & YouTube de ROCKWOOL Core SolutionsParticiper à la création, la planification et la publication de contenus via Sprout SocialContribuer à la création de visuels et contenus en anglaisParticiper à la préparation des reportings des réseaux sociauxRéaliser des benchmarks en anglais, des analyses concurrentielles et proposer des axes d'amélioration stratégiqueMarketing opérationnel & Communication :Participer à la mise en œuvre de différentes campagnes : création de contenus et de visuels, analyse des résultatsAider à la rédaction en anglais, l'adaptation, le copywriting et la relecture de contenus pour nos différents canaux (PPT, visuels, emails, publicités, landing pages, rendus, etc.)Contribuer à la mise à jour et à la gestion des supports et documents de communication en anglaisParticiper à l'organisation d'événements internes et externes (préparation des supports, des matériaux de communication, coordination)Etre l'interlocuteur.trice entre les équipes internes et les agences externesDes déplacements en Europe sont à prévoir environ une fois par trimestre.Votre future équipe :Vous rejoindrez une équipe internationale et dynamique de 3 personnes où l'esprit d'équipe et la collaboration sont essentiels.
