Superintendent

We’re looking for an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in Multifamily construction who takes ownership of the jobsite and knows how to keep complex projects moving.What You’ll DoLead day-to-day field operations for higher education and commercial projectsCoordinate Elford crews, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and inspectionsMaintain a strong jobsite presence and drive work according to scheduleManage work in active campus and occupied environments when requiredEnforce safety, quality, and company standardsEnsure construction is completed in accordance with plans and specificationsCommunicate effectively with owners, architects, trade partners, and project teamsPartner closely with Project Managers to resolve issues and deliver successful projectsWhat You Bring10+ years of commercial construction experience5+ years in a Superintendent or Foreman leadership roleProven experience leading higher education and commercial projectsExperience managing renovations, additions, occupied spaces, or ground-up constructionStrong leadership, scheduling, communication, and problem-solving skillsA consistent record of running safe, organized, high-performing jobsitesWillingness to travel based on project needsWhy ElfordElford is an employee-owned company built on integrity, accountability, and teamwork.
