Title: Strategic Sourcing ManagerOpenings: 1Duration: PermSalary: $130K base + 18% annual bonusLocation: Hybrid in Charlotte, NC (2 days on site)Schedule: 9-5 PM ESTMust-Haves:5–7 years of experience as a Sourcing ManagerExperience leading strategic sourcing initiatives across indirect spend categoriesBackground supporting sales and marketing, BPO's, Travel, Uniforms and Waste sourcingExperience in establishing, communicating and managing Supplier Performance Metrics (cost/timeliness/quality); vendor relationship management experienceExperience working within a CRM or similar sourcing/procurement systemBachelor’s degree in management, operations, and/ or accountingPlusses:Experience partnering with cross‑functional business stakeholdersExperience negotiating outsourcing agreementsExperience in large, enterprise‑level organizationsProven cost‑savings, contract optimization, or process improvement experienceDay-to-Day:Lead end‑to‑end sourcing initiatives across assigned spend categoriesManage vendor relationships, including performance reviews, renewals, and negotiationsPartner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and sourcing requirementsSupport RFPs, vendor selection, and contract executionTrack sourcing activity, contracts, and spend within a CRM or sourcing toolIdentify opportunities for cost savings, efficiencies, and supplier optimizationJob Description:Insight Global is seeking a Sourcing Manager for a top enterprise client. This individual will be responsible for leading strategic sourcing initiatives, managing vendor relationships, and driving cost‑effective procurement solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing expertise, experience working in a CRM environment, and the ability to partner cross‑functionally to deliver value, optimize contracts, and support business growth within a fast‑paced enterprise setting. This is a permanent opportunity that comes with a base salary of $130,000 a year, with an 18% annual bonus.
