We encourage you to become a part of our expanding family.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal communication.Provide care and services that help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards.Continuously assess patient needs and adjust care plans as necessary based on changes in their condition.Offer clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on a daily basis.Qualifications and RequirementsPossession of a nursing diploma (either an associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing).Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the applicable state, with an active license in good standing throughout your employment.A minimum of one (1) year of experience in skilled nursing is preferred.CPR certification is required upon hire or must be obtained during orientation, and it must remain current throughout employment.Specific Job ExpectationsImplement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.Demonstrate outstanding customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients.Utilize reasoning skills and sound judgment in all situations.Communicate effectively and work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
