This role blends customer advocacy, data processing, and problem-solving in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. You'll work closely with our technical, product, and operations teams to ensure every interaction adds measurable value.Accurately identify and address any issues or questions customers may have when using the client's products to plan, fly, process, or analyze their data and escalate to internal groups as neededEducate and empower users so that they become better end-users and leave with a positive feeling after each support interactionCreate and maintain documentations that answer FAQsIdentify common end-user challenges to suggest better solutionsOwn the generation, troubleshooting, and ultimate delivery of pristine geospatial data products (orthophotos, point clouds, contour maps, DSM, etc.) to customersProcess imagery data using the client's photogrammetry technology and toolsEnsure delivered data products meet end-user requirements and SLA, including troubleshooting and providing reports and analyses for any data products that do not meet requirementsAssist in keeping the data processing pipeline running like a well-oiled machine, delivering products on target and on timeWhat we are looking for:Bachelor's Degree in Geodetic Engineering or any related courseFluent oral and written communication skills in English, you are comfortable using technical jargons and you are able to communicate solutions in easy-to-understand termsStrong problem solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot, replicate, and escalate issues as neededYou are a customer solution driven person, you are able to create rapport and communicate with diplomacy, tact, and poiseTeam-first attitude, self-starter approachCandidates must be amenable to working in shifting scheduleAwesome to have:1+ years of experience using other photogrammetry and GIS tools, such as Pix4D, Agisoft, Global Mapper, QGIS, ArcGIS, etc.1+ years of experience in troubleshooting data processing issues in automated data processing pipelines (not specific to image processing)1+ year of experience with databases, preferably MySQL1+ year experience providing direct technical resolutions
