Human Resources Information System Analyst
Role: Senior HRIS AnalystLocation: Washington, DC Metro Area (Hybrid)Type: Contract / Contract-to-HireAbout the Team:Join a well-established professional services organization undergoing a major HR technology transformation. This team is investing heavily in modernizing HR systems and building scalable reporting and integration capabilities across the business.What You’ll Do:• Lead HRIS projects, integrations, and system enhancements end-to-end• Support an enterprise HCM transformation and future-state HR tech roadmap• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and advanced HR reporting solutions• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors to improve workflows and data integrity• Drive system integrations, automation, and process optimization initiatives• Facilitate discovery sessions and translate business requirements into technical solutions• Serve as a trusted systems owner for ongoing HR technology improvementsCore Tech & Skills:• HRIS platforms such as Workday, UKG, or similar HCM systems• Advanced SQL and Power BI expertise• HR systems integrations and reporting• HR data management and analytics• System implementation and upgrade experience• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration• Process improvement and workflow optimization• Vendor management and requirements gathering
