Senior Structural Engineer3 Weeks Remote, 1 Week travel to the siteJob DescriptionResponsibilities:• Conduct construction document reviews as required• Plan, organize, and coordinate structural engineering and multi-disciplined team/designprojects while engaged in the planning, design and construction phases of engineeringprojects• Prepare and review of calculations, drawings, and specifications relating to seismic and windanalyses, foundation design, structural framing analyses and design, and bracing analyses anddesign• Experience in renovating/modifying existing facilities is required• Familiarity with computer aided drafting applications is requiredBasic Job Requirements• Must be a U.S. Citizen• Bachelor of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering with a minimum of 10 years’ experience(nuclear preferred) in design, estimating, specification preparation, construction documentpreparation, related phases of engineering, and field experience in the inspection ofconstruction projects• Must have a working knowledge of Federal (including Department of Energy Orders), State,and Local codes and standards applicable to structural engineering design• Professional Engineer License preferred but not required
