This entry-level position is ideal for someone with at least one year of experience or equivalent work-study in IT support. The successful candidate will provide essential break/fix support, ensuring our clients' technical issues are resolved efficiently. This role requires onsite work five days a week and a willingness to travel to different client locations as needed.RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide first-level technical support, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.Manage break/fix tasks to ensure minimal downtime for clients.Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person visits.Document and track support requests, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.Assist in setting up new hardware and software for clients.Maintain knowledge of current IT trends and best practices.Travel to various client locations to provide onsite support as required.QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or equivalent work-study.Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.Experience with break/fix tasks, including hardware and software troubleshooting.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to client sites.Willingness to work onsite 5 days a week.Please note that this position requires you to be onsite in Haddonfield, NJ five days a week.
