Senior Software Engineer, Data & AI

Overview In questa role you will help expand Lighthouse, Lightspark's internal data and AI platform, into a shared layer that enables all functions to work with trusted data and AI agents. You will anchor the agent harness, tool integrations, and governance while collaborating with Sales, Finance, Ops, Legal, Compliance, and Partnerships. You’ll scale data pipelines and monitoring to support product launches and day-to-day decision making. This is a small, ownership-driven team where problems come from real team needs and you ship solutions that stick.
