Senior HVAC Project Manager - Multifamily Construction

We are seeking an experienced Multifamily HVAC Project Managerto oversee the lifecycle of HVAC construction projects. This role involves project planning, scheduling, procurement, budgeting, field execution, and client relations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards.PAY RANGE:$90,000 – $100,000 per year / depending on experienceBENEFITS:401(k)401(k) matchingHealth insuranceVision insuranceFree Basic LifeVoluntary Life insurancePaid Time OffHoliday PayShort- and Long-Term DisabilityWeekly payRESPONSIBILITIES:Project Planning & Startup:Review contract documents, lead kickoff meetings, develop schedules, and coordinate procurementFinancial Management:Manage budgets, track costs, forecast financials, and oversee billing processesField Coordination & Execution:Support field teams to ensure compliance with specifications, resolve conflicts, and conduct site inspectionsSubcontractor & Vendor Management:Procure and oversee subcontractors, ensuring quality and adherence to schedulesDocumentation & Controls:Maintain project documentation in Procore, supporting QA/QC processes.Safety & Compliance:Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.Client & Team Communication:Serve as the main contact for project coordination, lead meetings, and provide updates to leadershipWORK ENVIRONMENT:This role involves a mix of office and job site work, with potential exposure to construction hazards and occasional overtimeQUALIFICATIONS:Experience:5+ years in HVAC project management with multifamily or commercial multi-story experienceTechnical Knowledge:Strong understanding of HVAC systems, codes, and plan interpretationSoftware Proficiency:Experience with Procore or similar construction management software preferredSkills:Excellent communication, leadership, financial acumen, and problem-solving abilitiesTravel:Valid driver's license with willingness to visit job sites regularlyOSHA 30 Preferred.If you meet these qualifications and are ready to take on a challenging role in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you!
