Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Server Assistant, Backwater, or Busser in a Fine Dining or Upscale Restaurant environment
Unparalleled commitment to hospitality and customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comprehensive knowledge of fine dining etiquette and elevated service
Impeccable attention to detail and a genuine passion for providing an exceptional dining experience
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items for extended periods
Team player attitude with a willingness to collaborate and support fellow team members

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Server/Captain to provide efficient and seamless service
Assist in delivering food and beverages to guests, ensuring accurate presentation and adherence to order specifications
Set up dining tables according to the restaurant's standards, including arranging tableware, glassware, and utensils
Ensure each table is meticulously prepared to create an inviting and elegant atmosphere for guests
Continuously monitor tables to anticipate guest needs
Clear empty plates, glasses, and flatware promptly and discreetly, maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area throughout the meal
Provide impeccable, attentive, customized, and personalized service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is truly exceptional and memorable
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the menu, including ingredients and preparation
Maintain a clean and organized work environment by promptly cleaning and resetting tables after guests depart
Assist in general cleaning tasks to uphold the restaurant's hygiene standards
Serve food and beverages with precision, following proper etiquette and presentation standards
Monitor and anticipate guest needs throughout their meal and promptly address any requests or concerns
Assist with clearing tables, resetting them for the next guests, and overall table maintenance
