Organic Content Architect (AI-Fluent)

On-site, full-time — New Orleans, LAWe're hiring an Organic Content Architect to drive the newest chapter of our organic content division. The role functions from end-to-end, with responsibility in strategy, production, client reporting, scope discipline, and trust in the development of the company’s own brand presence.You'll write across distinct brand voices, build content calendars that move the needle for clients, and shape how our agency’s brand shows up in the world.The role is designed with AI tools fully baked in. You'll inherit a mature, Claude-powered content production workflow, with prompts, templates, SOPs in place to refine as you go.Our ideal candidate lives at the intersection of creativity, execution, and data. You concept work that's on-brand and culturally relevant, understand what actually performs across channels and audiences, collaborate with creators and designers to bring concepts to life, and analyze performance to extract real learnings — not vanity metrics dressed up as insight.What You'll Own1. Organic Social Strategy & ProductionYou'll lead organic social across a portfolio of clients with meaningfully different brand personalities and audience expectations.Own monthly content calendars per client, grounded in audience research, platform behavior, and seasonal dynamicsWrite captions, carousels, executive posts, scripts, long-form threads, and whatever else the platform demands — fluently across multiple brand voices in a single workweekProduce 1–2 reels per client per monthBrief our design contractor on graphic templates and static assetsSchedule and deploy through our third-party platform and native toolsTrack the cultural conversation in each client's category and use it to build relevance with the right audiences into the next month’s build2. Reporting Narrative & Performance StorytellingOur automated reporting infrastructure pulls the data. You tell the story.Translate dashboard data into qualitative monthly client reports that explain why numbers moved, not just what they wereIdentify trends across the portfolio and turn them into strategic recommendationsConnect organic performance to broader marketing goals and client business outcomesLead the organic portion of monthly client review callsHelp clients understand their content strategy through the lens of business results3. Client Communication & Account HealthCheck-in emails with each organic clientRespond to ad-hoc requests within agreed turnaround timesEscalate sensitive client situations to the Accounts DirectorManage and prioritize incoming requests while holding the line on scope6. Internal Operating RhythmActive participation in weekly production meetings and client health checksContribute to monthly cross-platform strategy meetingsHelp maintain client folder structure and documentation standardsWho We're Looking ForRequired3–6 years of social media or content marketing experience — agency, or strong in-house with multiple brandsMulti-brand voice fluency. You can write distinctly across multiple voices in the same week and not blur them togetherAI-fluent. Active, comfortable use of Claude, ChatGPT, or similar in production workflows. This is non-negotiable, and we'll ask about it in the interviewHands-on reels productionSelf-managing. You can run a portfolio without daily check-insStrong analytical and reporting skills. Comfortable with metrics, time tracking, Excel/Sheets, and writing client reports that actually get readLeadership comfort. Client emails, owning outcomes, communicating up, contributing to operating discussionsTime management discipline. Comfortable working inside hour budgets and tracking accuratelyDeep platform knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn — including how each platform's algorithm, format, and culture genuinely differConcepting chops.
