Location: Hybrid Dearborn, MI - 4 days onsite.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and process engineering-released parts received from production systems (WERS) into internal work queues (PCII)Research part numbers using engineering drawings, CAD data, and WERS database to validate part attributes and serviceabilityDetermine appropriate service strategy (individual components vs. full assemblies)Assign service part numbers to approved parts, enabling downstream supply chain sourcing and procurementInput and maintain accurate part data in internal cataloging systemsPartner with illustration teams to review and approve part illustrations for dealer-facing catalogsEnsure parts are properly published with supporting text and visuals for dealer ordering systems (VIN-based lookup)Leverage historical data and prior decisions to guide consistent part cataloging and service release strategiesManage multiple parts and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlinesRequired QualificationsExperience in PS&L Parts Analysis, Dealership Operations, or Aftermarket PartsFamiliarity with Ford systems: WERS, CMMS, TeamCenter, and PCII (Part Control)Ability to read and interpret 2D technical drawings and CAD dataStrong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Access (Alteryx/QlikView is a plus)Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to interpret data, make decisions, and drive logical conclusionsStrong organizational, multitasking, and communication skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, system-driven environmentPreferred BackgroundExperience with parts cataloging and service part assignmentAutomotive parts department or dealership experience (Ford experience strongly preferred)Experience working with internal or enterprise catalog/database systemsEducationAssociate's degree or higher preferred (not required)Team EnvironmentPart of a ~20-person global team (majority based in India with North America presence in Livonia)Collaborative work environment supporting multiple vehicle programs and model years
