We source unique, handmade jewelry through an empowerment model, returning a portion of our proceeds to support these talented women. We're seeking a driven, passionate sales representative to join our team and help us grow our impact. Responsibilities: E-commerce Initiatives: Develop and execute online sales strategies to drive revenue growth Manage and optimize our e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless customer experiences Omnichannel Sales: Build and maintain relationships with customers through various channels (email, phone, social media) Provide exceptional customer service, driving sales and loyalty B2B Sales: Establish relationships with retail partners, securing product placements in their stores Negotiate wholesale pricing, manage orders, and ensure timely deliveries Event Sales: Host tables at jewelry markets and events in New York/New Jersey, showcasing our products Engage with customers, build brand awareness, and drive sales Requirements: Ideal but not required: 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the jewelry or fashion industry Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Passion for social impact, empowering women, and making a difference Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision Reliable transportation for in-person events (NY/NJ area) Commission Structure: Competitive commission rates on all sales generated Bonuses for exceeding sales targets and expanding our retail partnerships Why Join Us: Be part of a mission-driven company making a positive impact on women's lives Opportunity to work with unique, handmade jewelry from talented Colombian artisans Flexible, freelance arrangement with commission-only compensation Collaborative, supportive team environment Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Shift: Day shift Evening shift Morning shift Experience: Business development: 1 year (Preferred) Sales: 1 year (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Jersey City, NJ 07302
