Our technology-driven facilities exceed industry standards for cleanliness and safety. Job Summary: Our Quality Assurance Supervisor oversees our Quality Assurance Team across all shifts. Reporting to our QA Manager, this role is responsible for quality control activities and quality system compliance. Job Responsibilities: Oversee employees, conduct training, execute performance reviews, and administer discipline Support continuous improvement by reporting quality performance to management, identifying opportunities for improvement, and initiating improvement actions Assure products meet requirements by effectively communicating customer specifications to the Production and Quality teams Assist with maintaining the accuracy of data and records maintained in our Quality Management System Job Requirements: 5+ years' experience as a quality assurance professional in manufacturing including 3+ years in a supervisory role 2 years healthcare packaging industry experience Proficiency using a Quality Management System Strong math skills and understanding of ISO Strong verbal/written English communication skills and ability to work with a diverse team Job Type: Full-time Pay: $77,280.00 - $82,147.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Experience: Supervisor: 3 years (Required) healthcare packaging industry: 2 years (Required) Quality assurance: 5 years (Required) ISO: 1 year (Required) Ability to Relocate: Addison, IL 60101: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
