Job Description Job Description Job description Northside/Northwest burb commercial real management company looking for full-time heating & air-conditioning technician with 5+ years of experience Duties Install, maintain, and repair of HVAC systems, including split-systems and RTUs. Perform and assist some non-HVAC related building maintenance work. FULL-TIME with overtime opportunities available Requirements: Self-starter, honest & hard working with an ability to take direction from others. This is absolutely mandatory! Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in HVAC systems. Experience with plumbing, electric and other trades is highly desirable. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Your own work vehicle (company does not provide vehicle) EPA card Excellent problem-solving skills. Hourly rate based on experience and skill level.
