Machine Operator 1st and 2nd shift

Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Responsibilities Operate various types of machinery in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand specifications for each job. Perform quality control checks using precision measuring instruments to ensure product specifications are met. Fabricate components as required, maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency. Troubleshoot machine issues and perform essential maintenance as needed. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve workflow. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a factory setting. Familiarity with quality control processes and techniques. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to use precision measuring instruments effectively. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
