Role of a dreammaker:As a valued member of our team, youwill support customers with their important bank transactions. You'll also getto know them by being curious and asking questions about their financial needsand goals so you can suggest the right ASB products and services to improvetheir financial well-being. When you apply, you'll work with our team to find a branch that's the best fit for you and for ASB within the Honolulu and East Oahu regions.How you will makean impact:Make banking easy. Provide account services to customers, such as processing deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments. Record night and mail deposits.Provide solutions. Through building and deepening relationships, you'll identify customer needs, answer inquiries, and resolve issues. You'll explain and promote features and benefits of bank products and services, and you'll contribute to meeting branch goals by referring customers to business partners as appropriate.Get stuff done the right way. Comply with applicable banking laws and regulations including Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering.Educate on anytime, anywhere banking options. Provide personalized, in-person education in digital banking solutionsSupport you willget:As a new hire you'll get extensiveteller training in ASB products, services and processes, both in a classroomsetting and on the job.
