You will receive a best in class, total compensation package that provides a comprehensive benefits program with real financial value.This position is 2nd Shift, 2PM - 10~30PM CST; Monday - Friday, with weekends if necessaryWhat You Will DoPrepare customer shipments for the next day while respecting stock FIFO (first in, first out)Load trucks while respecting safety standardsEnsure quantitative and qualitative control of products and loadingEstablish and edit the documents necessary for shipping and send Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN)Daily communication with CustomersUnload and decontaminate customer binsRecord stock movements in the application dedicated to stock managementCarry out end-of-chain auditsAdministrative management (delivery note entries/driver reception, computer entry, customer portal, etc.)Ensure the unloading and control/reception (qualitative/quantitative) of raw materials and consumablesEnsure the arrangement/storage/provision of incoming productsAdministrative reception (entry of delivery notes / driver reception, computer entry, etc.)Ensure the necessary controls on handling equipment for their safe useCarry out safety checks upon start-up of fork lifts and other handling equipmentRespect and enforce all standards in terms of environmental management, energy and health and safety risk prevention and alert in the event of deviationComply with current policies and proceduresParticipate in the continuous improvement process within the team, in particular through the emergence and realization of proposals for improvement Respect the rules for respecting the productSupport and train othersEnsure quality standards are respected and open a QRQC in the event of a problemWhat You Should HaveHigh school diploma / GED requiredExperience using Google or Microsoft applications on the job required3+ years of experience with Shipping and/or ReceivingSAP or ERP experience preferredJoin us!Thanks to its strategy focused on innovation, Valeo aims at reducing CO² emissions and developing intuitive driving to propose greener, safer, and smarter mobility.
