Employment Attorney (Hybrid)

OverviewAre you ready to deepen your employment law expertise in a collaborative and fast-moving firm environment? At Chan + Punzalan, you will join a team of experienced trial attorneys who value creativity, inclusivity, and real-world impact. You will work on meaningful litigation that shapes workplace fairness—representing clients in wage/hour, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation cases. You will also have opportunities to lead discovery, take depositions, argue motions, and interface directly with clients. You will also have the immediate chance to work on a variety of different types of cases in Intellectual Property and Commercial Litigation. You will have a chance to:Partner with senior attorneys to develop and execute litigation strategies.Manage a caseload and appear in hearings, mediations, and depositions.Draft compelling pleadings, discovery, and motions across federal and state forums.Learn to work directly with clients and understand how to build your own book.Collaborate with a close-knit team that values professional development, humor, and mentorship.Company Description: Chan + Punzalan is a full-service boutique law firm that serves companies in litigation, corporate, and employment matters.
