Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Facility Engineer located in Phoenix, AZ. The Facility Engineer will be responsible for overseeing facility operations, managing maintenance activities, executing preventive maintenance programs, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role involves ensuring operational efficiency, addressing facility management needs, supporting safety and compliance standards, and maintaining facility systems to promote optimal performance. Qualifications Strong expertise in Facilities Engineering, Facility Operations, and Facility Management (FM)Experience with Preventive Maintenance strategies and implementationAbility to diagnose and resolve technical issues through effective Troubleshooting skillsKnowledge of safety standards, compliance regulations, and building systemsStrong organizational, analytical, and project management skillsExcellent communication and teamwork capabilitiesBachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred
