Aligned Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for our client in Miami, FL.OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Human Resources Generalist to support a growing organization by driving talent acquisition, strengthening HR operations, and enhancing the overall employee experience. This role will serve as a key partner to leadership, helping to build scalable processes, attract top talent, and foster a high-performing, service-oriented culture.The ideal candidate brings a strong balance of recruiting expertise, operational excellence, and the ability to influence and support teams in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Workforce PlanningLead full-cycle recruitment across all open roles, ensuring a high-quality and efficient hiring processDevelop and execute strategic hiring plans aligned with business growth and project timelinesBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across critical functionsPartner with leadership to define role requirements, compensation strategy, and hiring prioritiesHR Operations & Process OptimizationEvaluate and enhance HR processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency and scalabilityStandardize onboarding, performance management, and employee documentation practicesSupport implementation and optimization of HR systems and toolsEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulations (Florida experience preferred)Employee Relations & Organizational DevelopmentSupport performance management processes, coaching, and leadership development initiativesPromote a positive, service-driven culture aligned with a high-end/luxury brand environmentDrive employee engagement strategies and retention initiativesAct as a trusted resource for employees and managers on HR-related mattersCompliance & Risk ManagementMaintain accurate and compliant employee records and documentationSupport internal audits and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field4+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong emphasis on recruitmentProven ability to manage full-cycle hiring and build talent pipelinesStrong understanding of HR operations, process improvement, and system optimizationKnowledge of Florida employment laws preferredSHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification a plusBilingual (English/Spanish) preferredCompensation & BenefitsComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as FSA optionsEmployer-paid life and disability insurance401(k) with company matchGenerous Paid Time Off and paid holidaysTeam-building events and a collaborative, growth-oriented environment
