Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in the San Francisco Bay Area for a Pastor. The Pastor will be responsible for delivering weekly sermons, leading worship services, and providing spiritual guidance to the congregation. Key responsibilities include organizing and conducting Bible studies, overseeing discipleship programs, offering pastoral care, and supporting the spiritual growth and well-being of church members. The Pastor will collaborate with church leadership to plan activities, support community outreach, and ensure alignment with the church's mission. Qualifications Strong skills in Bible Study, Pastoring, and Pastoral responsibilities, including delivering impactful sermons and teaching biblical principles.Experience in Pastoral Care, offering emotional and spiritual support, and strengthening the community's faith.Proficiency in developing and leading Discipleship programs to nurture spiritual growth among church members.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster meaningful relationships and guide the congregation effectively.Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage church programs and collaborate with diverse teams.Ordination or equivalent credentialing required; theological education from an accredited institution is preferred.Familiarity with the Presbyterian faith and practices is an advantage.
