Founded nearly three decades ago, we have grown a team of professionals across multiple offices in Florida, delivering large-firm expertise with a boutique, relationship-driven approach to complex domestic and international tax matters.At this time, we are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our team.Key ResponsibilitiesApply technical expertise to review all types of tax returns, resolve issues, identify planning opportunities, and ensure returns are complete and ready for Principal reviewProvide tax research and consulting support related to return issues, client requests, and planning opportunitiesManage tax engagements, including planning and supervising the tax return preparation process and coordinating consulting projectsIdentify tax planning and consulting opportunities and coordinate with clients other advisorsSupport Principals with tax and non-tax administrative responsibilities related to firm operationsRequirementsCPA or EA with 5 plus years of progressive public accounting experienceBachelors degree required; Masters in Accounting or Taxation preferredStrong knowledge of taxation for S-Corps, C-Corps, partnerships, and individuals; international reporting experience preferredExperience with estates and trusts, multi-state, and consolidated returnsWorking knowledge of GAAPAbility to review staff work and provide clear, professional feedbackStrong time management skills with the ability to manage and mentor othersExperience with UltraTax CS, CCH ProSystems, QuickBooks, and Practice CS preferredProficiency in Microsoft OfficeBenefitsCompetitive salary401(k) plan with Employer matchHealth, Dental, Vision insuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA) for additional tax reliefEmployer paid life insuranceEmployer paid "profession based" long-term disabilitySupplemental insuranceGenerous paid time offExcellent work environmentFree ParkingFlexible hoursCPE ReimbursementCPA and EA exam review course and exam fees reimbursement
