Compensation $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience + tip share Benefits Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Schedule 8-hour shifts Day shift Weekend availability required Role & Responsibilities Assess a variety of feline coat types and determine appropriate grooming solutions Perform grooming services including shaving, de-shedding, bathing, and coat maintenance Provide professional, warm, and efficient client communication via phone, email, and in person Support administrative and front desk operations, including scheduling and client records Guide clients through services, policies, and fees with clarity and confidence Process payments and manage reservations Maintain detailed grooming records, photo documentation, and client updates Build ongoing client relationships through follow-up and communication Contribute to team leadership and uphold operational standards inside and outside the facility Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment at all times Provide basic animal care, including feeding, monitoring intake and elimination, administering medications, and applying flea treatments as directed Additional Requirements Valid Oregon Driver’s License (required for pet transport using company and personal vehicles) Ability to lift 50 lb (e.g., litter bags) Ability to navigate a physically active work environment (including frequent stair use) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Compensation Package: Bonus opportunities Tips Experience: Pet Care and/or handling: 1 year (Required) Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Work Location: In person
