Job Type: Temp to Hire, Full-Time Job Duties:Manage customer open orders and review purchase orders for accuracyResearch discrepancies and coordinate resolutionsMonitor customer portals for new orders, cancellations, and purchase order changesEnter and update order information within the ERP systemRespond to customer inquiries regarding order status and delivery timelinesCoordinate expedite requests with planning and manufacturing teamsAssist with RMA resolution, reporting, and additional account support tasksCommunicate effectively with internal departments and external customers Do you enjoy supporting customers, managing orders, and keeping operations running smoothly through strong communication and problem-solving skills? If you have prior customer service or order management experience in a manufacturing environment and are comfortable working within ERP systems, you could be a great fit for this role!
