We deliver award-winning, results-driven marketing campaigns by empowering passionate and collaborative team members, and we’re looking to add more talent to our A-team.The team and business are driven by our core agency values.We Are…Diverse + Inclusive CollaboratorsOwnersCuriousRelentlessWe…Work SmartLove the TeamShow Customer LoveGive BackMake an ImpactThis role emphasizes two key skillsets: (1) Developing trusted client partnerships; (2) Leading the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives to ensure that client projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at a high standard of quality.The role reflects Ideas Collide’s continued evolution toward integrated account and project leadership that strengthens collaboration, improvesefficiency, and drives stronger outcomes for clients and teams.Responsibilities Account Leadership Serve as a primary day-to-day client contacts, building trusted and consultative relationships Develop strong understanding of client business goals, KPIs, and success metrics Translate client needs into clear scopes, briefs, and actionable plans Partner with strategy, creative, web development and media teams to align recommendations to client objectives Comfortable presenting marketing strategies, plans and reporting to clients Identify opportunities for account growth, optimization, and cross-channel expansion Help manage client expectations while protecting team bandwidth and workflow Contribute to QBRs, planning sessions, and client presentations as needed Project Delivery Management Lead end-to-end delivery of email marketing, branding, digital, paid media, content, and web initiatives Build and manage project plans, timelines, and workflows using IC-standard tools Identify risks early, identify creation solutions to mitigate, and communicate clearly to project(s) stakeholders Oversee task assignment, milestone tracking, and cross-functional coordination Monitor budgets, burn rates, and scope alignment Maintain accurate documentation including scopes, trackers, recaps, and status reports Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations Implement and reinforce PM best practices across workstreams Strategic + Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with creative, strategy, media, and production teams to ensure seamless execution Provide performance insights and collaborate on optimization recommendations Support multi-account and POD-based models as needed Contribute to improving internal processes and hybrid AM/PM models Mentor junior team members and model strong client and project leadership QualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, or equivalent work experience in one of those fields 6–8+ years additional experience in senior account management/project management within an agency or marketing team environment Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and digital projects Strong client communication and relationship-building skills Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities Proven experience managing budgets, scopes, and timelines Proficiency with PM tools such as Jira or similar platforms Strong decision-making skills Ability to understand the big picture and overarching mission, plus move to tactical execution and follow the details of a complex process Ability to work under tight deadlines, responding to shifting priorities, schedules, and deliverables Requirements This position will be based out of our Scottsdale or Portland location, with a primarily in-office work schedule; opportunity for remote and hybrid work options to be coordinated with manager.
