In house coverage required for all deliveries. No triage and no unassigned patients. Rare ER GYN calls. MFM on site and in house anesthesia available. OB Hospitalist serves as backup. Admissions average 6 to 10 per night. First assist rarely required and available if needed. Onboarding timeframe approximately 3 to 4 months. Minimum 1 year of experience required.
