Reputation built on craftsmanship, organization, and doing things the right way.The RoleSeeking a Lead Carpenter who takes ownership of the job site - someone who can build at a high level, run a clean operation, and represent the company well with clients.This is a working lead role. You'll be hands-on while also managing the day-to-day flow of one to two active projects.What You'll Be DoingPerform high-level carpentry - framing through finish, including cabinetry and detailed workRun job sites day-to-day: scheduling, coordination, and keeping things movingLead carpenters, helpers, and subcontractors on siteMaintain a clean, safe, and organized job site (no chaos, no excuses)Review plans, specs, and scope - and catch issues before they become problemsHandle material takeoffs and coordinate deliveriesTrack progress against budget and communicate updates to the Production ManagerInteract with homeowners professionally - you're the face of the job What They're Looking For~10+ years of hands-on carpentry experienceStrong in both framing and high-end finish workExperience running residential remodeling projects (not just working on them)Ability to lead a small team and keep subs alignedDetail-oriented - clean lines, tight joints, no shortcutsOrganized, dependable, and proactiveComfortable communicating with clients, inspectors, and team membersPhysically capable of the work (lifting, overhead work, etc.) Why This Role Is Worth a LookHigh-end residential work - not production, not repetitiveSmall team where your work actually mattersJobs are run with structure and professionalismConsistent, year-round pipelineOpportunity to take real ownership of projects
