This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, field personnel, and client relationships while ensuring all systems meet code compliance and project specifications.Key Responsibilities:Manage multiple fire alarm construction projects simultaneouslyCoordinate project schedules, labor, materials, and equipmentOversee installation teams, subcontractors, and field supervisorsEnsure compliance with NFPA, NEC, local codes, FFPC and safety standardsReview blueprints, specifications, submittals, and change ordersMonitor project budgets, forecasting, and profitabilityCoordinate inspections, testing, and final system commissioningResolve field issues and maintain project documentationProvide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycleQualifications2+ years of project management experience in fire alarm, low voltage, or electrical constructionStrong understanding of commercial fire alarm systems and construction processesKnowledge of NFPA 72, NEC, and local fire codesExperience managing crews, subcontractors, and project timelinesAbility to read construction drawings and technical specificationsStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and project management softwareNICET certification preferredValid driver’s license requiredAcceptable background check and drug screeningCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurance, Long and short-term disability, life insurance, Flexible SpendingPaid time off and holidays401(k) with company matchEEODrug Free Workplace
