Construction Manager - Solar

Airswift is seeking highly skilled and detail-oriented Construction Manager to support our client on large-scale solar photovoltaic (PV) projects. The position is to work in Comanche County, TX for an initial 12-month contract.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure safe, compliant, and efficient execution of commissioning and operations activitiesMaintain strong HSE standards and oversee incident reportingManage site documentation and project performance dataCoordinate maintenance, repairs, and third-party contractors on sitePerform routine maintenance, QA/QC inspections, and asset condition assessmentsSupport project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and work scope developmentMonitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvementsOversee contractor performance, schedules, payments, and complianceEnsure adherence to regulatory standards (NERC, OSHA, environmental)Manage site inventory and spare partsLead meetings, reporting, and stakeholder coordinationTrain and mentor team membersMaintain project schedules, budgets, and overall executionQualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience~6+ years in construction/project management (energy preferred)Experience with renewable energy projects (solar/BESS a plus)Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to read construction drawings and manage multiple projectsWillingness to travel and work flexible hours
