This role involves working closely with our clients, providing them with expert advice and solutions, and driving sales of our engineered products. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft applications, and have a solid understanding of engineered products and their installation. As a key point of contact for our clients, you will also be responsible for handling any escalations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.Responsibilities: Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on our range of engineered products. Drive sales by recommending appropriate products or services that meet client requirements. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio, including installation procedures and product specifications. Utilize Microsoft applications to track sales, generate reports, and maintain client records. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any queries, concerns, or issues they may have. Handle escalations, working closely with other departments to resolve any problems and ensure client satisfaction. Develop and implement sales strategies to reach new clients and expand our market share. Collaborate with the consulting and engineering teams to ensure our product offerings remain competitive and meet the evolving needs of our clients. Participate in industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay updated on industry trends.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the engineering industry. Proven experience with engineered products and their installation. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and build strong relationships. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proven ability to handle escalations and resolve issues efficiently. Strong understanding of the engineering industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.Interested in hearing more?
